Public Speaking and Presence

There is no need to fear public speaking.  If you do, or just want to get better at it, the Alexander Technique will help.  First, it helps you capture attention by improving your presence and therefore the first impression you make.  Second, it improves breath control and support, thus calming the system and slowing the adrenaline response.  Third, it gives you access to your natural, relaxed speaking voice, which is always more persuasive and engaging.
