Athletic Pursuits
Athletic endeavors rely on the efficient use of the body’s power through balance and movement. The Alexander Technique re-trains students to recover a natural balance that leads to greater poise and ease of movement, along with the ability to transfer power directly and without waste. This is a fancy way of saying the Alexander Technique offers a direct path for “getting in the zone.”
My students have reported improved performance in a vast variety of disciplines including: Martial Arts, Dancing, Sprinting, Yoga, Pickle ball, Weightlifting.
